I’m really starting to dislike people in general

Once a person sets up a blog and starts doing regular posts on it, one of their main goals in life is to actually get the blog seen by lots of readers. Well, that’s what I try to do anyway. And….I always welcome people’s comments. I realize that everyone in life is different and has different opinions on things and this is totally OK with me. Until….they start to get nasty. Well, let me tell you a story!
The other day I wrote a post on one of my other blogs and asked for people to “Stumble” it over at StumbledUpon if they felt the piece was worthy. Well it got stumbled all right with a lot of nasty comments and even one blogger, who I’ve never met and SHE has never met me, was extremely mean and telling me to grow up (I’m 39, I think I’m full grown).
I have encountered nastiness on the Internet before, but not to this degree. So, I have come to the conclusion that having extra traffic really isn’t worth the stress and hassle if your extra traffic is being mean and nasty. I really don’t understand why some people need to be so nasty and all I can say about this type of nastiness, is that if I ever become one of these people, please tell me to bend over so you can kick me!!
As for the title, no…I still like most people, but some I can do without!
