Cold and flu season

This has been a very long winter. We have had the craziest weather ever and it seems like this season has been going on forever! Well along with the cold temperatures and messed up weather, the cold and flu season is very active in this household. Just before Christmas my entire family ended up being sick in one form or another. It is the end of January and now the kids and my husband are sick again. I don’t have it YET. Knock on wood.
Yesterday my daughter called home from school sick and today she is home with the cold and the flu. For the past week my husband has been going to work sick and last week my youngest son developed a small cold. Thankfully his is almost gone. With this much illness running through my home, I wouldn’t be surprised if I catch it soon.
So I will not only be happy when winter is behind us because all the storms and cold weather will be behind us, but I will also be happy because maybe all this sickness will go away as well.

So far we been lucky not getting sick. We moved from Las Vegas to Chicago and I thought for sure we would get sick from the climate change, but so far so good.
