Coin Collection

For the caralluma review
past eight years now, I have been collecting different types of coins. I have a small collection as I only collect specialty coins, but it is slowly growing. Last week I was discussing this collection with my father-in-law and showing him some of the coins that I have and he mentioned that he has a small collection of his own.
Well yesterday when we were up at this house for dinner he got out his collection to show me. Not only is it not a small collection, but he has money from France, Germany and other far away places. After checking out his collection and commenting on it, he gave it to me!! Yes, you read right. He gave me the entire collection to add to my collection. So now I have a huge collection, but I will keep adding to it to make it bigger and when the time is right, I will pass it down to one of my kids.
I wish I saved my coins, but I cashed them in during tough times. Great post!
I have a messy coin collection. It began with one very old quarter I found on Centre Island (Toronto, Ontario). I forget what the year was, 18something.m I thought it was amazing, like finding pirate treasure. After that I would look for anything old in my change. I have a lot of old Canadian coins now. A bunch of coins which were sent from penpals around the world too. Sad but none of them are really worth much. I still like them but I stopped keeping them from my change at some point, just decided they were heavy enough to move around.
