I broke my dryer

On Friday I was doing laundry, just like I do every other day of the week. When the clothes were finished washing I threw them in the dryer and walked away. A half an hour later I went back to check on them and they were still wet. This has happened before if I have a lot of jeans in the dryer so I turned on the dryer again and went about my business. Well when I went to check on them again, yup you guessed it, they were still wet!! So I informed my husband of what was happening and he said he would look at it on Saturday.
After two hours of trying to fix it with no success he got mad and informed me he was going into town. A couple hours later he arrived back home with a new dryer. After he got it all up and running the only thing he asked me was to please not break this dryer. At least use if for a little while first. lol I don’t know what made him madder, a broken dryer or the money it cost him to replace it. Oh well, I got myself a new dryer out of the whole deal. Now if I could only find someone who enjoys doing laundry for me, I would be all set.

Now thats a nice husband! He goes out upset & buys you a dryer! Thankfully, I have the kids to do laundry. I miss having a machine in my house.
You know this is an epidemic. Mines broken, my nurse just had to buy a new one and one of my neighbors dryers just broke last night cuz I ended up meeting her at the laundromat while I was drying my crap. My brother in law tried to fix mine but can’t so I’m trying to get the money together to buy a new one.
