House is up for sale

Well my father in law’s house officially went up for sale yesterday and today he already has received two offers on the home. It is a very nice family home and I’m sure it will sell quickly. I’m glad that he has already gotten two offers because he already bought a two bedroom mini home and if he house doesn’t sell in five months he will then have two mortgages to pay. And living on a fixed income, there is no way he could swing this. I really wish that one of the offers on his home could have came from us, but because his asking price was so high, there was no way we could afford it. So I’m just keeping my fingers crossed for him that one of these two offers comes through and he can then enjoy the new life he has created in his new home.
That’s great news! Especially in this economy! I hope he gets it sold quickly too.
