Too cold to work out
Sep 25th, 2008 by Kim
In the spring I set up my home gym in the little room off the porch. During the summer I was a very good girl and kept to my workout schedule quite nicely. For about an hour a day I worked out with my equipment and was quite impressed with the results I was seeing. And I didn’t even have to take any prohormones to achieve these desired results. But now I have a dilemma. It is bitterly cold outside and it’s not really pleasant in my workout room either. Yes, I have a heater in there but once I have the place warmed up to what I want it too I have then lost the interest to go in and work out. I realize that my workouts usually do slow down in the winter, but I wish there was a way I could motivate myself to go out to the cold room anyway. Oh well I guess I’m really not hurting myself too badly and when Spring arrives again I can go back to my normal workout routines.
Any chance of bringing your workout equipment inside? Perhaps the basement?
Hi Karen,
No I don’t have a basement. I live in a four bedroom mobile home that is filled to the brim and then some. The only place for my equipment is in that room.
