How wonderful, a best friend that lives close by. There are tons of giggles, shares secrets and popcorn in your (and their) future. Enjoy!

Sleepovers are a great experience for children to have. I never expected my youngest to stay for her first sleepover (she was only 4 years old) but she surprised us and she really enjoyed it. It's great that your daughter has a new best friend and although it can be really difficult when friendships sometimes falter I try hard to remember that even when this happens it can still be good experience for them.

That's a very exciting event! I'm glad it went well for her. Sounds like she's made a great new friend.

That's so nice they hit it off. Hopefully they will remain good friends. It's nice having a best friend so close by! Sleepovers are very fun too! I used to love them, most of the time.
