I haven’t changed!

Funny story:
Saturday night I waited on a family of six. We were all having fun together. Laughing and joking around. Then the mother asks me what my name is. So I told her. Then she asked what my maiden name was and after I told her she informed me that she knows me. She then asked me if I knew who she was (I didn’t) and told me her name. Well, yes she did know me but we haven’t seen one another for 26 years. 26 YEARS!!! Can you imagine?? She said when she first walked in, she thought it was me but wasn’t 100% sure, but since I was her waitress she decided to ask me my name. I was blown away. Still am actually.
I guess I still look pretty much the same even after 26 years. I have never needed any diet pills (I’ve always been small) and except for a few 100 boxes of hair color I guess I haven’t changed. It’s was great to see her again and we already made plans to get together so we can really catch up in life.
How about you guys? Have you changed? Would your old friends from years ago recognize you today?
Everyone seems to recognize me when they see me no matter how much time has passed BUT I have changed somewhat. I have gained weight since my pregnancy last year that I haven’t lost yet. I think this is largely attributed to being 33 when I gave birth. Just seems to be harder to get my body back. Lucky you, for always being thin.
