Life with Kim

Last night I worked the evening shift at my job and let me tell you all that it was probably the busiest supper shift that I had put in in a very long time. And it didn’t help that I had two very new waitresses on with me that weren’t super fast and who got extremely frustrated with the pace of the evening. This meant that I had to do my job and theirs as well. So I was moving pretty fast all evening. It’s evenings like last night that make me wounder if I wouldn’t be happier in a position like a insurance lead generation job. But, then I think about it and realize that I would miss my customers if I wasn’t there. Oh well, thankfully we don’t have too many nights like last night and hopefully these two other girls will gain more experience and be able to work a busy shift a little bit better. Until then, I’ll just keep trudging on.
