Busy lifestyle

As you all know, my daughter is now in middle school. Boy does she ever keep me hopping. She wants to get involved with every activity that the school has to offer and I am seriously running out of time in my day to get everything done that I need to get done. I have had to say no to her a few times as some of these activities are interfering with my work hours. But so far she hasn’t complained too much about it. She just moves on to the next thing that she thinks she would like to do. If I don’t slow down here pretty quickly I just may have to invest in some orlando vacations just to recharge my batteries. Oh well, that’s the life of a pre-teen parent right?!
That’s the fun part of parenting! Seeing your kids have so much fun and learning new things and having a part in all that. Enjoy the fun teen years (oops, she’s not even a teen yet). It’s okay to say “no.” You shouldn’t feel guilty at all about that.
