Great night’s sleep

I haven’t been sleeping very well for over a week, but last night I finally was able to get a great night’s sleep. I wasn’t feeling well all day and by the time 7:00 pm hit, I was ready to go to bed. So…. I did! I slept from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am and today I feel just great. I think everything just kind of finally caught up with me and last night I just crashed. Hopefully this is the end of my sleepless nights. I really don’t know why I wasn’t sleeping. I eat the same as I normally do, I take my vitamins everyday and I still get a reasonable amount of exercise (winter). But hopefully last night will help me get straightened out again in the sleep department.
