Now don’t get me wrong. If this post sounds like I’m complaining, really I’m not. Yes, I love receiving flowers, especially roses and was quite tickled when my husband handed me a dozen roses for Valentine’s day. They were so pretty…. for the first two days. Then…. after that, they started to turn brown and wilt. I did everything the instructions said to do, but they still have died. This is my problem with roses. You pay all this good money for flowers and even though they say they’re good for five days, after two days they die. I really am happy that he got me a present for Valentine’s day, but I do kind of wish that he had gotten me something else that wouldn’t die within the first few days.
