So my newest addiction in life is a game called Bingo Blitz on facebook. I absolutely love that game and play it every day. I’ve gotten so addicted that I would rather play that game and not make any money than to blog about cigar humidors or other topics and possibly make a few dollars. You know your addiction is bad when…. he, he. But no worries guys, I will still continue to blog as much as I ever did. Because although the game is a funner activity to participate in, it certainly doesn’t pay the bills.

Blogging inspiration

I have been blogging for over four years now. Where has the time gone?? You all may not be aware of this, but currently I run and maintain six blogs. That’s a lot of posts in a run of a year. Well sometimes I just get stumped on what to post about. Well that time has arrived once again. I am having a real hard time some days coming up with something to post about. And when I run out of ideas, I also run out of motivation to post. So… I have been trying to come up with some ideas on what I can post on all these blogs.

I really haven’t come up with much yet, so I’m appealing to all of you for any tips or advice. If there’s anything that you would like to see in here or any subjects that you feel passionate about I would dearly love to hear from you! Until then, I guess I’ll just keep racking my brain trying to figure out what I would like to post about and what you would like to read about.

Blogging every day

Do you blog every day? I used to, but don’t any more. Honestly these days I’m lucky if I can pop in here twice a week to tell you all how everything is going. I used to blog about everything from Plano cosmetic dentist to my family’s day to day living. But I guess I’ve lost my blogging steam. I really hope that I can find it again. I have been blogging now for over three years and really do love it, but a few months ago I lost my passion for it and it really hasn’t come back yet. Hopefully soon it will and I will start posting again each and every day.

Feast or famine

I have to tell you all, that my online work life really gets on my nerves sometimes. Over the past couple of weeks I really haven’t had very much work come my way. Now today is a different story. I have a ton (I have a lot of blogs) of blog posts to do, I have to get started and finish a general transcription job and I have been hired to write five articles on colon cleansing. Now don’t get me wrong, I love all this work (since I cut back on my hours at my regular job), but I just wish it wouldn’t all come in one day. It would be nice if it were spaced out a bit. Oh well, I guess I shouldn’t complain. Maybe next week I won’t have any work.

Posting on the weekend

You all must be pretty surprised to see a post from me here on the weekend. Normally I work every weekend at my outside job and don’t have a lot of time to spend on the computer. Well that wasn’t the case this weekend. This weekend I wasn’t able to go to work at my outside job as my husband had to take a course all weekend so I didn’t have a babysitter. This gave me lots of time to do all my computer work that I normally put off until Monday mornings.

I have been able to get all my blogging done, write a couple of articles, do some transcription work and was even able to surf the Internet a little while looking up what dip bar is. After having all this time off and being able to spend it the way I want to, it kind of made me wish I didn’t work so many weekends. But when I get my next paycheck, I think I will remember exactly why I do work every weekend.

So I hope you all are enjoying your weekend just as much as I’m enjoying mine.

Teaching myself about computers

After all the trouble I had with blog over the past couple of months, I decided that it’s high time I learn a little more about computers and blogging in general. So I have decided to teach myself. I have been doing a lot of reading and researching and have been learning quite a bit. Just the other day I learned all about a Corporate flash drive and what it is used for. So that’s a good thing right?! Now today I plan on learning how to change the settings and permissions on all my blogs. Seriously even after three years I still don’t know how to do this. But, I am determined. So I guess we will see how it goes.

Back up and running

Well FINALLY you can all comment to your little hearts content once again in my blog. A fellow blogger Owen helped me out and fixed my blog! Apparently there was an issue with this blogs template that I had no clue how to fix. But Owen very kindly offered his time and helped me out. So if there’s a post about call center services or a post about something that my kids have done recently that you would like to comment on, you are more than welcome to do so. I really do look forward to seeing all your comments once again.

And again, a huge thank you is going out to Owen for saving this blog’s life.

Posting ideas

So when you go into your own blogs to write a blog post, where do you get your ideas from?? I have been blogging for three years now (wow!!) and have found lately that I am running out of ideas to talk about. Oh, I still have my kids and my husband to rant, I mean talk about. And yes, I have my work. But I would like to start posting about different topics and ideas as well.

So… if you want to give up your secrets and let me in on them I would love you forever. Where do you get all your ideas??

Really frustrated

I have to tell you all that I’m about this…. close to tossing this blog aside. For about the last month now all I have been getting out of it is frustrations. First I was unable to receive any comments (which still isn’t fixed). Now my posts aren’t posting like they should be and finally I keep getting a page loading error whenever I try to log in here. As I’m not a very techie person, these little problems are extremely frustrating to me. I think I might need to book some panama city beach vacation rentals and just forget about the blog for a while. If I don’t do something pretty soon, I can really see me getting so frustrated that I just stop posting in here.

Time for a change

Well I’m sure your all aware that I’ve been having some serious blog problems. People want to comment on here and can’t (thanks for trying Karen and Lynn). I still don’t know what the problem is, so I think I’m going to have to change this blogs template so people can comment again. I really don’t want to do this as I absolutely love this template, but I love comments even more so I guess I’m going to have to break down and find a new template. I’d ask for opinions on what blog templates you prefer, but since you can’t comment and reply back to me I guess this decision will have to be one of my own. So over the next few days (real life will be getting in the way here soon), I’ll change the template and hopefully you can all comment on how much you LOVE it. LOL
